We welcome physicians, advanced practice registered nurses, psychiatric nurse practitioners, or psychologists and those with a PhD in Education who have prior industry experience, especially in mental health care or related healthcare settings, and wish to make a real difference in the lives of patients and providers in your community. We are veteran-owned and operated, and we encourage military veterans to join us and offer a discount on your initial franchise fee and additional incentives.
Franchise owners, managers, and other front-office personnel will spend one week at our headquarters location in Colorado for comprehensive training on the Bright Futures Psychiatry franchise model, both in the classroom and on the job. When it’s time for your Grand Opening, our team will travel to your location to make sure you are calm, confident, and excited when you open your doors. Owners will have access to the Bright Futures Psychiatry Confidential Operations Manual for daily operations. Our team is available to assist you when you need us. The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $156,750 to $384,000 for newly developed locations and $41,250 to $245,000 for conversion locations. This includes a $50,000 initial franchise fee, with discount opportunities for military veterans, qualified employees, and those opening subsequent franchise locations. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
We collect a royalty fee equal to 7.5% of gross revenues. Fees such as these allow us to fund our ongoing Bright Futures Psychiatry support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, processes, and systems upgrades. Bright Futures Psychiatry franchise owners will be required to spend a minimum of 3% of gross revenues on local marketing each month, and a minimum of $1,500 on their Grand Opening. You will also contribute 1% of gross revenues to the brand marketing fund upon franchise launch. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Bright Futures Psychiatry brand and cover the creative costs to develop branded marketing materials and campaigns.
The initial term of your agreement is five years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
